Oyedele Togunde is a Governance Professional with over 40 years of experience in both corporate and financial services sectors.
He worked at the Central Bank of Nigeria and later as the Registrar/CEO at the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSAN).
He holds an M.Sc. in Banking and Finance, and he is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria and the UK.
Oyedele Togunde is presently the Managing Consultant at TEEDEL CONSULTING (a Corporate and Management Consulting firm).
He sits on the Council of ICSAN as Chair and member of some committees and on the board of some companies, both in the financial and corporate services sectors, as a Non-Executive Director.
He is married with Children.
