We are a non-bank financial institution licensed and permitted by the Central Bank of Nigeria to offer a wide range of financial products and services. Our company is located in Lagos and Port Harcourt and we are seeking to engage smart, young, and talented individuals for the following roles:
POSITION: Head of Risk Management
Responsibilities
  • Develop the risk management framework and related policies including the credit policy.
  • Manage all cross-enterprise risks including credit, market, and operational risks.
  • Manage credit concentration risks by recommending concentration limits at obligor and sector levels (where appropriate), and enforcing the limits.
  • Establish a mechanism for reporting excess/exceptions above approved limits.
  • Develop product papers and recommend risk acceptance criteria for different products and customer segments.
  • Ensure the timely review and analysis of credit requests from individuals and corporates.
  • Review credit memos and make recommendations to the approving authorities as appropriate.
  • Review and approve loan disbursement schedules.
  • Review offer letters and loan/lease agreements.
  • Ensure loan accounts are properly booked on the company’s Core Banking System.
  • Ensure credit files are complete and properly maintained in the file room.
  • Monitor the credit portfolio, provide periodic reports on past due obligations, and escalate deviations and covenant breaches to Executive Management as required.
  • Ensure all cross-enterprise risks are properly mitigated and controlled.
  • Perform any other duty as directed by the Managing Director.
Requirements
  • Minimum of BSc. or HND degree in Accounting or any related discipline.
  • MBA or M.Sc. in Accounting or any Finance related field would be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven working experience as a Risk Management professional.
  • Technology savvy, and high level of proficiency in MS. Office (particularly MS. Excel)

POSITION: Marketing Officer
Responsibilities
  • Distribute the Company’s marketing/promotional materials (e.g. flyers, digital marketing posts, etc.) to existing and prospective customers.
  • Participate in other marketing/promotional initiatives established by the Company (e.g. road shows, market storms, customer forums, etc.).
  • Identify customers that meet the company’s risk acceptance criteria.
  • Identify and assess the needs of existing and prospective customers.
  • Reach out to prospective customers through cold calls.
  • Sell the company’s products and services to prospective customers.
  • Cross-sell new products and services to existing customers.
  • Maintain business relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Follow-up with other employees of the Company to ensure customer transactions are timely processed, and any challenges or customer complaints are timely resolved.
  • Provide support and assistance in tracing and/or following up with acquired customers to remedy delinquent accounts.
  • Achieve the agreed sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Track sales performance, and provide status reports on prospects, commitments, and executed transactions.
  • Provide reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

 

Requirements
  • Minimum of or HND degree in any discipline from a recognized institution, for Marketing Officers.
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience.
  • Sales & Marketing experience in the Financial Services Industry is mandatory.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Requirements

POSITION: IT Officer
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update WordPress websites
  • Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Communicate with staff and clients, either face-to-face or on the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems; diagnose and resolve hardware or software faults
  • Install and configure servers to meet organizational requirements.
  • Provide first-level support to other branches or remote locations
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory services.
  • Oversee and uphold database operations.
  • Utilize cloud services, particularly AWS, for infrastructure and data management.
  • Create and edit graphic designs for various purposes
  • Administer and maintain printers, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Replace hardware parts as required
  • Test and evaluate new technology
  • Provide support during the roll-out of new applications
  • Set up new users’ accounts and profiles, and resolve log-in issues
  • Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs.

 

Requirements
  • Minimum of BSc. or HND degree in Computer Science
  • Minimum of 2-4 years post qualification experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Graphics and design software
  • Technology savvy, and high level of proficiency in MS. Office (particularly MS. Excel)
