We are a non-bank financial institution licensed and permitted by the Central Bank of Nigeria to offer a wide range of financial products and services. Our company is located in Lagos and Port Harcourt and we are seeking to engage smart, young, and talented individuals for the following roles:
POSITION: Credit Analyst
Responsibilities
  • Analyze credit requests.
  • Prepare credit memos and loan disbursement schedules.
  • Prepare offer letters.
  • Prepare loan/lease agreements and guarantor forms.
  • Create loan accounts on the company’s Core Banking System.
  • Maintain credit files.
  • Manage the credit file room.
  • Prepare reports of daily activities.
  • Perform any other duty as directed by the Head, Risk Management.
Requirements
  • Minimum of BSc. or HND degree in Accounting or any related discipline.
  • Minimum of 1 – 2 years post qualification experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Technology savvy, and high level of proficiency in MS. Office (particularly MS. Excel)
POSITION: Digital Sales Representatives
Responsibilities
  • Distribute the Company’s marketing/promotional materials on social media.
  • Identify leads from electronic customer records/databases (e.g. Credit Bureau, LinkedIn, and Telcos etc.)
  • Reach out to prospective customers through cold calls, bulk-emails, and newsletters.
  • Sell the company’s products and services to identified leads through telephones or emails.
  • Cross sell new products and services to existing customers by telephone or emails.
  • Achieve the agreed sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Track sales performance, and provide status reports on prospects, commitments, and executed transactions.
  • Provide reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Requirements
  • BSc. or HND degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 1 – 2 years working experience.
  • Digital sales experience will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
POSITION: Direct Sales Agent
Responsibilities
  • Distribute the Company’s marketing/promotional materials (e.g. flyers, digital marketing posts etc.) to existing and prospective customers.
  • Participate in other marketing/promotional initiatives established by the Company (e.g. road shows, market storm, customer forum etc.).
  • Identify customers that meet the company’s risk acceptance criteria.
  • Identify and assess the needs of existing and prospective customers.
  • Reach out to prospective customers through cold calls.
  • Sell the company’s products and services to prospective customers.
  • Cross sell new products and services to existing customers.
  • Maintain business relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Follow-up with other employees of the Company to ensure customer’s transactions are timely processed, and any challenges or customer complaints are timely resolved.
  • Provide support and assistance in tracing and/or following-up with acquired customers to remedy delinquent accounts.
  • Achieve the agreed sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Track sales performance, and provide status reports on prospects, commitments, and executed transactions.
  • Provide reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Requirements

POSITION: Head Finance & Admin
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and record all financial transactions.
  • Process all company payments, and manage the payable process.
  • Process loan disbursements into customers’ accounts.
  • Prepare and process payroll on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare tax and pension remittance schedules, and ensure timely processing of remittances.
  • Monitor receivables, and prepare receivables aging reports.
  • Initiate and manage investments in fixed income securities.
  • Prepare accurate and reliable management accounts, and respond to enquiries on the company’s financial performance.
  • Prepare performance reports for the company, sales teams, and the salesforce on a monthly basis, or as required.
  • Prepare financial budgets, and measure performance against budget.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of the company’s fixed assets.
  • Monitor and continuously improve the company’s financial systems and processes.
  • Manage relationships with Banks, Auditors, CBN and other statutory authorities.
  • Manage the Office Admin function.
  • Manage the procurement process, and ensure timely replacement of office supplies.
  • Manage 3rd party facility management providers (e.g. cleaners, maintenance engineers etc.), and ensure the company’s office premises and facilities are in good condition and well maintained.
  • Manage and oversee tele-collections processes, and ensure timely follow-up (via email and telephones) on customers with past due obligations (PDOs).
  • Perform any other duty as directed by the Managing Director.
Requirements
  • Minimum of BSc. or HND degree in Accounting.
  • MBA or M.Sc. in Accounting or any Finance related field would be an added advantage
  • Must possess relevant professional qualifications; ACA, ACCA or any other recognized professional qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting packages.
  • Technology savvy, and high level of proficiency in MS. Office (particularly MS. Excel)
